Your tasks

Business Development:

  • You will support the development and implementation of new Commercial Banking products in the European market
  • You will coordinate the approval of new products, engaging with stakeholders across all banking departments
  • Leveraging your product expertise and operational mindset, you will gather and define business requirements pertaining to new products, client servicing, and lending operations
  • As product expert you collaborate closely with the Finance & Treasury team to develop pricing strategies
  • You will partner with Relationship Management to establish exceptional services for our large corporate clients

Product & Operations:

  • In your daily operations, you will support continuous product management activities of Commercial Banking products
  • Working collaboratively with the relationship and product teams, you will evaluate product efficacy and monitor client progress
  • Scrutinize business/account plans and report outcomes to achieve profitability goals.
  • You will craft compelling presentations based on business analysis for committees and key stakeholders.
  • Working in close coordination with the various stakeholders and lending operations team, and serve as contact for 3rd party service providers, ensuring service levels are consistently met.

Your knowledge/experience

  • Educated to bachelor degree level in the fields economics, business administration or finance 
  • Thorough understanding of banking products and operations with several years experiences in the banking or consulting sector
  • Proactive and self-motivated individual with strong self-organization skills, driving initiatives independently
  • Superior business writing and presentation skills in English, German and/or Dutch are a plus
  • Strong operational mindset, expertise in procedures associated with lending, client servicing or product lifecycle management is preferred
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships; engage and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across multiple departments
  • Commercially aware with the ability to priorities tasks and consistently produce accurate work within tight timescales.
